1/2 pack bacon
2 boiled eggs
Half head of Lettuce
1 Whole Cucumber
Cook your bacon, and put on sponge towel to drain grease.
Cut your lettuce. cucumber and egg and toss together in a bowl. Add your bacon pieces and enjoy!
(you can add in tomatoes or other healthy vegetables if you wish. You can use more or less of the ingredients depending on how many people will be eating it)
I didn’t add any dressing on my salad, only a little bit of salt and pepper to taste.
If you are wanting to add a dressing to your salad, do some research on making some healthy dressings from scratch at home to avoid the trans fats from store bought salad dressings.
